Tony Desmond, A&P, IA

President

Tony grew up in aviation working on Piper J3 Cubs having his (IA) inspection authorization for 20 years with a total of having 23 years in corporate aviation. Tony led as Repair station Inspector for Executive Jet Management (BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY INC.) and a team leader for Duncan Aviation out of the NY area.

Starting NEXGEN in 2011 and taking a different approach to support the owners(principals) true needs and understanding there asset.

He is extremely proud of what he has achieved, and even more excited about our outlook for an equally promising future in business aviation. Tony's most important company assets is our reputation for ethical behavior, honesty and fair dealing. As you know, reputation is a very fragile asset that can easily be destroyed by the actions or failures of one or more of us. "reputation are hard to win but easy to lose" Because of unprecedented scrutiny in business aviation, the behavior we need to emphasize and reinforce our commitment and adherence to these Standards.“We love what we do”, “We do what we say”, ”We constantly innovate”, “We get things done” and ”We work as one!”.
